BIO
Born from long-standing friendships, Heaven Unknown are a five-piece scattered across the North of the UK, bound together by a need to make something that feels like both an escape and a confrontation. Originally formed by Will James, Will Sharp, and Chris Delaney, the band found its final shape with the arrival of Callum Hollingsworth and Tay Crawshaw. In 2024, they released their debut EP It Hurts The Most — a raw, genre-blending introduction built on vulnerability, aggression, and moments of stark, melodic tension. It marked the first step in a sound that refuses easy categorisation — sharp-edged post-hardcore set alight by unrestrained emotion, spinning between violence, intimacy, and everything in between. The EP picked up early plays on Triple J and BBC Radio 1 Rock Introducing, connecting with listeners across borders.Their latest single ‘Carousel’ tears that vision open, revealing the chaos beneath — a restless, hard-hitting track that weaves sharp post-hardcore intensity with the pulse and urgency of early 2000s British indie. Drenched in hazy textures and brooding atmosphere, it moves like a fever dream, spinning between moments of fragile calm and unrelenting chaos. Not chasing the light — just trying to make sense of the dark.
